Adam from TCU had contacted me a few months ago asking me if I would be down to do the TCU website redesign. For those that don’t know, thecomeupbmx.net is just about the biggest blog out there for everything BMX, with its focus mainly on showcasing the latest and greatest videos from that scene. I was handed off a design from one of the TCU staff and given instructions on how to mesh the existing content with the new site.
The redesign process was not a simple one; I had to be careful to use coding practices which would allow a seamless mesh between the new design and the thousands of posts currently on the site. Despite all the challenges, I managed to do a good job and launch the site redesign without any hiccups.
